The first thought that jumped to my head; "wow, this is amazing"... And it truly is. I really like it. It's beautiful.
I especially like the eyes. They're so 'saying' and sad. It's like they're looking into your soul. And the way you've done them, it's like they're moving or 'shaking'. Everytime I turn a bit away... I feel like she's looking at me - in a good way.
The colours also really 'supports' the image and makes it even more true. I also really like the "blobs" of paint or ink or whatever in the hair.
I just have to tell you. This picture is amazing - and I love it.
